Donna Eden actually sees the energy systems of our bodies and she was quite young when she discovered that not everyone else sees what she sees. She is delightful and so excited to share her knowledge and experience. These resources will help you understand these systems and work with them, even if YOU can't see them.

This book is required reading. It is an important go-to resource that you will definitely "go to" on a regular basis. Each energy system is described and explained, along with diagrams and techniques to work with these systems to facilitate healing. It's a great beginner's manual that is so easy to read and full of great stories and examples. You will completely understand the concepts she presents. It's also a valuable resource you'll probably refer to forever. If you do nothing else in this section, get this book. You'll be glad you did! |

This book is a great addition to the original. It does NOT repeat the information from the first. It adds on information and techniques specific to women and women's issues. If you tend to have difficulties with female issues, this book will prove very helpful. A couple times, during the process of getting my hormones balanced, I've experienced frustration with getting my cycle to start on time. Following Donna's suggested acupressure techniques for this purpose was very helpful. Another great resource, but not unless you already own the first one. This is one you may want in addition to Energy Medicine (above), not instead of. |

This is a handy kit to help you get started with Donna's techniques. It does not include anything close to what is in the book by the same name (above), but it does include some very helpful little goodies, including a video demonstrating many of the basic techniques, a CD discussing several more, a set of flashcards to help you remember how to do them (or to post to help you remember to do them, or carry with you, etc.), and a little faceted glass ball that is helpful in flushing and balancing your chakras as well as handy to use as a pendulum in energy testing. I already owned both books when I ordered this, but it was more than worth the price, just for the video (so I knew I was doing it right), and the glass ball (I find it easier and quicker for chakras than using the hand method).
