intenSati

You really can turn this workout into whatever you want it to be.  If you do all the 4 parts, it's a good total workout.  If you're a T-Tapper just looking for a fun, off-day workout, you can pick and choose.  You could even just use the final yoga stretch every night before bed.  I really use this for the lower body series, which is a combination of mindful movements connected to affirmations.  During the whole workout, Patricia Moreno is coaching and motivating you with further discussion of the affirmations and incorporating them into your life.  It's about focusing on taking responsibility, using your mind as your source of power, coming from your desires rather than your thoughts, and doing it from a place of love and gratitude -- no matter what, no matter how hard things may get, you just focus on the desire.  Very empowering.

Remember when you were taught hand motions to use with songs when you were a kid, and they helped you remember the words?  This is kinda like that, in a grown-up way.  Fun and purposeful.
