FarInfraRed (FIR) Heat

FIR is the type of heat you feel from the sun soaking into your body.  It feels amazing and it's really good for you, too!  There is some overlap between the benefits of the Chi Machine and the benefits of FIR heat, and they feel especially good when you use them together. 

In addition to the Hot House shown below, FIR heat is also available in a FIR Pad, which looks like a regular, larger heating pad.  It provides the same FIR benefits as the Hot House, but they're delivered in a slightly different way.  I actually use them together, lying on the FIR Pad with the Hot House over my body.
