MENTAL/PSYCHOLOGICAL
This category is similar to the Emotional category, but is not specifically aimed at emotions. These techniques are more physical or cognitive in nature and work to change thought patterns that do not contribute to our highest good. Both categories affect each other, however, more awareness is involved in recognizing and changing or replacing unhelpful thought patterns through these modalities. Working from both angles enhances the results on both sides.
Meditation (with brainwave entrainment) -- Most people think of meditation as something you have to learn to do and it's difficult and takes a long time to get proficient enough to realize positive results. What if I told you that you could enjoy all the benefits of meditation without having to learn or practice anything? The type of meditation I'm going to introduce you to requires no learning curve whatsoever and you can start getting results the first day. That and several other tools are amazingly powerful in clearing out old, limiting beliefs and points of view so that you can create a new reality for yourself. It's the most effective set of processes I've come across for clearing out the negative beliefs we take on that block our ability to create the change we want.

Neuro-Linguistic Programming -- You may not have heard of NLP before, but you've probably heard of Tony Robbins, who has made a huge name for himself teaching the techniques of NLP to increase personal empowerment. NLP has the ability to literally rewire your brain processes to bring you what you want, rather than repeating the same unwanted results you've been experiencing in your life. But you don't even have to learn NLP to benefit from it, through "plug & play" programs which often include other modalities in this section.
Hypnosis -- Hypnosis techniques are so advanced and accessible these days that, like NLP (and often combined with NLP), it can give you great benefits through simply listening to a CD or MP3 recording.
Music-- Music has been proven to affect mood and stress levels on both a mental and physical level. Using indigenous instruments and brainwave entrainment totally kicks up the power.
